The restaurants are excellent. Nice buffet breakfast; lively music at the bar. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Good English.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to Provenza for dinner and nightlife in 20 minutes or take a 5 minute uber! There are also multiple malls within a 10 minute walk. Hotel has 2 restaurants, we only ate at the Marketplace was it was delicious!

The front desk staff and concierge’s very good and confronting the resort is clean and nice good service

We had a wonderful time in Medellin. We decided to stay at this hotel since there was a curfew in place and this hotel has 2 restaurants that helped in case we didn’t make it on time to have dinner out. Breakfast was phenomenal and the attention was great. We will stay here again if I go back
